Ground Floor
The Hope Bear Garden is a hillside studio and performance facility. There is a set of two double doors on the main ground floor entrance. There are two sets of back stairs that lead up to the first floor entrance. The ground floor supports 5 main work areas of about 600 square feet each. There are two sets of (Ingressus) stairways from the cockpit, that lead up to mid-floor hillside exits and to the first floor. The cockpit and performance area is 52.5 feet in diameter.
First Floor
The first floor will serve as a reception and public area. At the top of the hill, there is a set of two double doors on the main first floor entrance. There are two sets of back stairs that lead up to the second floor. There are two sets of stairwells for a circular stairway that leads up to the second floor. Seating capacity is about 140.
Second Floor
The second floor will serve as research, lecture, and broadcast area. There are 28 research work stations and 12 lecture and broadcast work stations. There are two sets of back stairs that lead up to the third floor. There are two sets of stairwells for a circular stairway that leads up to the third floor. Seating capacity is about 100.
Third Floor
The third floor will serve as research area. There are 82 research stations and research work areas. There are two sets of circular stairways that lead up to the roof floor. There are two sets of stairwells for a circular stairway that leads up to the roof floor. Standing room of about 60.
Roof Floor
The roof floor will serve as an electronic equipment hub, where all the equipment that runs through the facility is networked and housed . The network includes: computers, servers, motion capture systems, security, and the Tesla solar tile network.
Roof
The roof will serve as an energy hub, where the facility will draw all it’s energy from the the sun using a network of Tesla solar tiles. The solar network equipment will be housed on the roof floor.
Glass Roof
The glass roof will serve to enclose the studio structure in a climate controlled environment.
